The new Samsung Galaxy Note 8 just got Launched
At an Unpacked 2017 event held in New York City on August 23rd, Samsung Electronics has officially launched its newest S-Pen equipped Galaxy smartphone called the Galaxy Note 8. There are a ton of exciting things this new Samsung flagship device is offering to fans and customers. One of the big updates we can find on this device is the implementation of dual rear camera set up on its back. This is the very first time Samsung has released a smartphone with two cameras on the back.
At launch, the Galaxy Note 8 is running on Android 7.1.1 Nougat with Samsung Experience UI on top, but since the latest Android 8.0 Oreo has just been made official to the public, we can expect Samsung to also upgrade this to Android Oreo soon.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is a massive device especially its screen which clocks at 6.3 inches with Quad HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity Display. That is equal to 2960 x 1440 display resolution and an aspect ratio of 18.5:9. Infinity Display simply mean almost bezel-less and edge-to-edge display, which we first saw on the Galaxy S8 series.
